These terms apply to your use of bitlockbox.com and to any bulk or wholesale order you place with Bit Lock Box. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

Quotes and orders

• Submitting the inquiry form is a request for a quote, not an order. No contract exists until we confirm your order in writing.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Prices depend on quantity, configuration, and destination.
• Minimum order quantities apply and start at 100 units for standard products. Other configurations are available on request.
• We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where a price is listed in error, or where we cannot lawfully supply the destination.

Payment

Accepted payment methods are confirmed on your quote and may include card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, USDT, and BitPay. Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has cleared in full, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery

We deliver to over 170 countries, with local pick-up available in selected locations. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery to you or your nominated carrier. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country, and for confirming that the products may lawfully be imported and resold there.

Products, warranty and returns

Products are supplied as genuine, sealed manufacturer stock and carry the manufacturer's own warranty. Claims under that warranty are handled according to the manufacturer's process, and we will assist you with them. For security reasons, opened or activated hardware wallets cannot be returned or exchanged except where the product is faulty.

Resale

Where you resell our products, you must not present yourself as an agent of Bit Lock Box or of the manufacturer, and you must not alter product packaging or security seals except where custom branding has been agreed in writing.

Liability

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss. We are not responsible for loss of digital assets arising from how a wallet is set up, used, or stored after delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time your order is confirmed.
